Precise Water Hardness Analysis for Automated Process and System Monitoring with the Testomat EVO TH

Fully automatic water hardness determination via titration

The Testomat EVO automatically detects the water level when filling the measuring chamber and can also operate for extended periods in BOB mode without constant supervision. With an integrated SD card or optionally an SDHC card (2 GB), measurement data and messages/alarms can be recorded. The menu is available in multiple languages, and firmware updates can be conveniently applied via the SD card. Analog outputs and serial interfaces allow external processing of measurement data.

Certified and Cost-Effective Standalone Water Hardness Meter

With the Testomat EVO, you benefit from stable, low-maintenance continuous operation, minimal consumption of indicator solution and water, as well as versatile data communication via RS232 or 0/4–20 mA signals. Certification according to relevant safety and TÜV standards (WÜH certification for boiler houses) and the compact design make the EVO a robust and efficient solution for demanding measurement tasks.

Titration method using color change with piston dosing pump for precise analysis of total hardness in the range of 0.05–25 °dH (or 0.89–448 ppm), depending on the indicator used.
